Minfeng Holds 2026 Work Conference and Fourth Session of the Second Employee Representative Congress

2026 Party and Mass Work Conference Successfully Convened

As the old year passes and a new journey begins, Minfeng held its 2026 Work Conference, the Fourth Session of the Second Employee Representative Congress, and the 2026 Party and Mass Work Conference on the afternoon of February 27. The conference not only reviewed the achievements of the past year but also sounded the call for high-quality development in the new year, pointing out the direction for the company’s future progress.

Over the past year, Minfeng has moved forward steadily thanks to the hard work and joint efforts of every Minfeng employee. During the meeting, outstanding teams and advanced individuals of 2025 were commended, as well as excellent collectives and individuals from Party, labor union, and youth league organizations. Representatives of outstanding teams and individuals delivered speeches.

President Shao Ye delivered the annual work report at the meeting. The report comprehensively reviewed the achievements made in 2025 as the company responded to market changes and worked to transform from a “follower” to a “leader.” He pointed out that these experiences are an inevitable path for Minfeng’s transformation and upgrading.

Looking ahead to 2026, President Shao Ye outlined key tasks for the year. He emphasized that the company will focus on its strategic goals and fully concentrate on high-quality development. By entering new fields and building brand influence, the company will pursue innovative breakthroughs. He also stressed the importance of accelerating digital transformation by continuously promoting information technology, digitalization, and data-based management to improve management efficiency. Efforts will be made to strengthen the “business iron triangle” by coordinating marketing, research and development, and production to promote the transformation and upgrading of customer and product structures. Departments are required to strengthen collaboration to consolidate the foundation for development. Safety management will also be elevated to an unprecedented level to ensure steady and sustainable growth.

At the subsequent 2026 Party and Mass Work Conference, Zhao Guoxin, Secretary of the Party Committee, delivered the 2025 Party and Mass Work Report. President Shao Ye delivered an important speech, affirming the achievements of Party and mass work in the past year and setting higher expectations for 2026. He emphasized that Party and mass work should not only “focus on the center” but also “integrate into the center,” becoming a powerful engine for enterprise development. The company will promote the deep integration of Party building and business operations, innovate the “Party Building + Business” model, and enable Party organizations to play a substantive role in improving efficiency and overcoming challenges. Efforts will also be made to fully utilize platforms such as the Party and Mass Activity Center and the Minfeng Academy to build a new communication framework, coordinate the publication of Minfeng Window, the company’s official public account, and video channels to better tell Minfeng’s story, and organize cultural and sports activities including the 13th Employee Sports Meeting to create an atmosphere of “happy work and healthy life.”

The year 2026 marks a brand-new starting point where opportunities and challenges coexist. All Minfeng employees are encouraged to embrace courage and vitality, contribute their strengths in their respective positions, and use innovation as the blade and quality as the shield to jointly write a new chapter for Minfeng.
